A sauna is a dry heat bath taken in a well-insulated room lined with untreated kiln-dried soft wood and heated with igneous rocks. When water is sprinkled on the heated rocks, it creates a pleasant steam which further enhances the sauna experience. Our saunas combine an age-old tradition with modern design and technology to create a healthy escape.

We offer Pre-cut and Modular Saunas as well as Infrared Heat Therapy rooms. All of our saunas are custom built for optimal space and flexibility and are made from the finest materials available, such as Western Red Cedar. They also come with safety features including a heater guard rail, pre-assembled benches with no exposed fasteners and wooden duckboard or plastic mat flooring in the walking areas.
